The Key to All Your Real Estate Needs!
Buying and selling real estate is a huge step and I truly enjoy helping clients navigate the sometimes complex world of real estate! I have access to many valuable resources that enable me to quickly handle any situation that may arise. I do my homework and work closely with a select team of professionals to assure that you will be kept up to date and fully informed every step of the way.
My Qualifications and Training
I am a full time realtor with an ongoing commitment to education, trends, and technology to give my clients a competitive edge that enables me to negotiate the best terms and conditions, whether you are buying or selling. I feel that furthering my professional development helps me better understand and help my clients. I have gained knowledge and experience earning my Accredited Buyers Representative, E-Buyer and Graduated Realtor Institute Designations.

Commitment to the Community
The Windermere Foundation helps low income families and children in our area. Every time I sell a home, a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation. I am proud to be the Windermere Foundation Coordinator for the Newport office. For years our Foundation dollars have helped raise money for many projects around Lincoln County. Recently our office presented the Healthy Family Project, a new division of Lincoln County Community Corrections, a check for $1,500 to furnish and decorate the child care room attached to the HFP facility. In addition to the Foundation dollars, every June we close the doors to our office and head out into the community to help others. This year we spent the day sprucing up "My Sisters' Place", an advocacy center for abused women. We dodged rain drops to pull weeds, lay down bark, prune bushes, pressure wash the building and plant flower in pots to place around the building. Windermere Real Estate has become an important ally in helping families in crisis.
